Exploring Entropy through Lens

Throwback Thursday 001

Its about time I come back to my photoblog. I have been wanting to get back to blogging more often, but life got it in the way and I made too many excuses. I was browsing through the Discover page and came across another photoblog, and it was beautiful. I got a lot of inspiration from that blog (Take a look here Jedda's Blog). One thing I thought is low friction is to go through all of my previous work and share the stories about them. So, I guess I am doing Throwback Thursday's now 😁

Robert Treman State Park

This picture is one of my favorite waterfall shot. Taken at Robert Treman State Park in Ithaca, NY. Ithaca is one of my favorite places to visit, it has so many cool state parks with many waterfalls. I used to take a lot of waterfall based photo's, and eventually my grid was just water. I remember this trek I took with a fried of mine who was visiting me from Boston. I took him to show around this place (Ithaca is just an hour away from where I lived), and the point from where I took this photo was the peak of the trail. I wanted to do long exposure to get those silky smooth water trails but I didn't have tripod with me, so I just used whatever I could to stabilize my camera on rocks and then take this shot. What a perfect blend of color and water !

I am happy to come back and hopefully I get to share lot more of my art 😁
